Give your customers the spice they’re craving.

Chai Chili Mocha from Oregon Chai


1.5 oz. Oregon Chai Spiced Chai Tea Concentrate

5 oz. whole milk (2% also works, but we think whole milk tastes better)

1 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Chocolate Sauce

½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Madagascar Vanilla Syrup 

¼ tsp. cayenne pepper

½ tsp. ground cinnamon


Hot application (makes a 12 oz. drink):
Measure all ingredients into a stainless steel steaming pitcher. Steam until desired temperature and serve. For an added bonus, top with whipped cream.

Cold application (makes a 16 oz. drink):
Place 16 oz. of ice in a blender. Fill the blender with all ingredients and blend until smooth. Whipped cream is a wonderful garnish.
