Labor Day is just around the corner, which means for many a journey into the favorite season of fall. What better way to mark the beginning of autumnal musings than with the warm, creamy indulgence of a Pumpkin Spice Latte. Fortunately, your sweet treat reminiscent of fall isn’t far from reach.

First things first: it’s perfectly okay to unpack your favorite fall and winter themed mugs a little early in the spirit of spiced chai (bonus points for a pumpkin-shaped mug). Also required: break out your lucky sweater and fuzzy socks from the far reaches of your closet—or favorite fall flats if you’re ready to take your latte on the road. Last, you’ll need a cozy spot to settle into wherever you plan on enjoying your latte.

Without further ado, we bring you our recipe for a homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte, featuring Oregon Chai concentrate and a little taste of fall.

Pumpkin Spice Latte


Ingredients: 12-oz. 16-oz. 20-oz.
Oregon Chai The Original™ Chai Tea Latte Concentrate 1 oz. 3 oz. 5 oz.
DaVinci Gourmet Gingerbread Classic Syrup 1/3 oz. 2/3 oz. 1 oz.
DaVinci Gourmet Vanilla Classic Syrup 2/3 oz. 1 oz. 1 1/2 oz.
Espresso 3 oz. 5 oz. 7 oz.
Milk (2% or whole) 5 oz. 7 oz. 9 oz.


In a glass or paper cup, mix the Chai, Syrup, and espresso. Add heated (preferably steamed) milk and enjoy a warm, spicy treat on a cool autumn day. Or use cold milk and pour it over ice, top with whipped cream, and it’s just like a piece of pumpkin pie!
