Perfect for lounging on the beach or by the pool (or to make you feel like you are), we’ve crafted four chai cocktails to celebrate summer. Each of these cocktails uses a summer-y fruit like cherries, berries, limes or mango to make the most of all the in-season goodness. Fresh, simple ingredients make these chai drinks easy to whip up. Whether your Me Time moments are enjoyed alone or with good company, a chai cocktail made with love is sure to please.

 

Cherry Chai Smash

Ingredients:

Directions:

Put cherries, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon in the bottom of rocks glass and muddle until cherries are broken down. Add chai tea latte concentrate, bourbon and ice. Stir to combine and then top with seltzer. Garnish with a lemon twist.

 

Berry Chai Mule

Ingredients:

Directions:

Put blueberries, strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in the bottom of rocks glass and muddle until berries are broken down. Add Oregon Chai, vodka and ice and stir to combine. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel.

 

Coconut Chai Colada

Ingredients:

Directions:

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

 

Banana Orange Chai Daiquiri

Ingredients:

Directions:

Add ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with a mango slice and an orange wheel.
